Frequently Asked Questions

  • You've moved locations. Where is it & What else has changed?

  1. Krista and I have opened a barbershop​ & we're incredibly excited about our new space. We're still downtown and conveniently located so your commute to us will be virtually the same as before.

  2. New overhead expenses mean we begin 2026 with a slight & well overdue price increase for our services (See services page or price list through my booking link.).

  3. That's it. Everything else operates exactly the same. I look forward to seeing you all.

 

  • What forms of payment do you take?​

    • ​I accept cash & check ONLY.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    • All I ask for is 4hrs. notice for cancellations once the work day has begun. Any early morning appointments need to cancel by 5:30pm the evening before. No shows & late cancellations will be charged full price. Proper lead time allows me to fill the spot & not charge anyone for haircuts they didn't receive.

  • What if I'm running late?

    • In a perfect world, everyone would be running ten minutes early all day long. But, if you are running late, please contact me BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT IS TO BEGIN (texting is great, but I rarely get to check & respond to texts throughout the day). If you are more than 15 minutes late, we'll need to reschedule your appointment unless otherwise stated over the phone. â€‹

  • Is there a waitlist?​​

    Yes, & it's accessed via my booking link (Please do not message or call me about appointments. If a spot is available, it WILL be listed on my booking platform.)


    To access the Waitlist: 

  1.  Click "Book Now" on the home page of my website.

  2.  After selecting a service, go to "View Calendar".

  3.  Select a day marked as "Full".

  4.  You'll then be prompted to "Join All Waitlists".
